Doctor Chipaila is an experienced Medical professional with specialisation in Orthopaedic Surgeon. He is currently a Consulting General Surgeon at the University Teaching Hospital in Zambia. He is a founding member and Director for Kutusa Initiative.
He is also an Alumni member of the College of Surgeons of East, Central and southern Africa – COSECSA
In his capacity as Vice Chairperson, he offers technical support on orthopaedic programmes in the organisation.

Geshom Mulenga is a Human Resource Development professional with more than 25 years of experience in the public sector. He is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer in the Ministry of Home Affairs. He holds a Masters in Industrial Relations Law and a Bachelors in Human Resources. In his capacity as a member of the advisory board, Mr. Mulenga provides guidance on human resource, capacity building and partnership building.

Dr. Mwamba Sichande (Vet. D) Advisor on Clinical & Epidermiology Research
Mwamba Sichande is a Wildlife Veterinarian Professional with years of working with Wildlife Conservation Organisations in Zambia. He currently works as a Wildlife Vetenary consultant at Conservation South Luangwa. He holds a Master in Vertinary Medicine from the University of Zambia. His expertise in clinical and social research is a valuable contribution to the organisation.
Alick Samona Clinical Care and Public Health Communication Advisor
Alick Samona is a Public Health Professional with more than 18 years of expertise and experience working with International Development Organisations in Zambia. Currently he is working as Director Technical Services Delivery at Zambia Health Education and Communication Trust – ZHECT. He brings with him a rich background of clinical diagnostics and Epidemiology skills to the organisation.
In his capacity as an advisory board member, he is responsible for guiding the organisation on health communication strategies and other research activities. He holds a Masters Degree in Public health, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health, Bachelors Degree in Development Studies and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
Hastings Pasi Legal Advisor
Advocate Hastings Pasi is a practicing Attorney and member of the Law Association of Zambia. He currently works as Legal Counsel for Mopani Copper Mine and is a founding Partner of Past Advocates.

Noel Muchimba Organization & Capacity Development Advisor
Noel is a project management specialist with vast experience in designing public projects and special programmes. He brings with him a unique and requisite expertise in project management and emergency programme management. He has serves in various portfolios at Local Government level when he served as Town Clerk for the Chipata City Council and as Provincial Coordinator in the Office of the Vice President – Disaster Management Unit. Currently, he is working as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Finance and National planning. Noel, holds a Bachelors and Masters in Project Management from the Copperbelt University.
In his capacity as member of the advisory board, he provides technical guidance on project management and programme development.
Linda Mzyece Director Programs
Linda is a human rights advocate and social entrepreneur with specialisation in women rights and livelihood empowerment. She is a co-founder of Lakeshore Hope and Relief Zambia and has made a great contribution to the advocacy of state sponsored Antiretroviral Treatment Drugs Program during her time with GSK ART Clinical Trials in Zambia.

Jones Shamalambo Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jones is a Social Entrepreneur and founder of Lakeshore Hope and Relief Zambia. He has more vast experience working with International and National Development Organisations serving vulnerable populations in Zambia. He has previously worked as Finance Manager for World Vision and Conservation South Luangwa. He has also worked as Country Representative for Egmont Trust and Guard Avanti Trust.
He holds a Master Degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from Kalu Institute of International Cooperation and Humanitarian Development. He also has a Bachelors of Art of Sociology and post graduate diplomas in Philosophy, Psychology and Project Management. He is a Chartered Accountant with CIMA Qualification and member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and Social Workers Association of Zambia.
